Use of the service
FormatWave provides free, browser-based image conversion tools. You may use them for personal or commercial work. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Conversion may fail on unusual files, and output may differ slightly from other decoders (particularly for wide-gamut colour). Always keep your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormatWave is not liable for data loss, damaged files, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Because processing happens locally, we never hold a copy of your files and cannot recover them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to process material you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt the service. Automated scraping of the site is not permitted.
Changes
Tools and these terms may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
